A soft space for anxious, exhausted minds.

I write about OCD, intrusive thoughts, burnout, motherhood, and the messy process of feeling like myself again.

You’re Not Lazy — You’re Emotionally Exhausted

Start here — if you’re new

If you’re here, you probably don’t feel okay.

Maybe you’re tired, overwhelmed, or stuck in your own head.

You might even think you’re just lazy.

You’re not.

This blog is my space to talk about what’s actually going on inside my mind.

I have OCD with intrusive thoughts, and for a long time I didn’t understand what was happening to me.
Writing is how I try to make sense of it — slowly, honestly, and without pretending everything is fine.

If you’re new, you can start here:

👉 You’re not lazy — you’re emotionally exhausted
👉 Harm OCD — the thoughts I was afraid to say out loud
👉 The moments when you stop recognizing yourself

This isn’t a perfect blog.
It’s not about having answers.

It’s just a place where things are said out loud —
so you don’t have to feel alone in them.

And if you want to stay close, you can join the quiet corner — a gentle note for the days when your mind feels too loud.

No pressure. No perfect healing. Just honest words in your inbox.

If something here made you feel a little less alone, you can also support my writing with a coffee

Your presence here already means a lot.
